Information collected on this site
The site only collects information you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
First name, last name (optional), email, preferred language, reason for your request and message content.
No tracking cookies, no behavioural analytics tools, no advertising pixels are used on this site. The site operates without third-party cookies.
Purpose of collection
Information submitted via the form is used exclusively to:
Respond to your appointment or information request, schedule an initial meeting if you wish, and establish first administrative contact.
Your information is never sold, exchanged, shared for commercial purposes, or transferred to third parties, unless required by law.
Retention
Messages received via the form are kept for the time needed to process your request, then for a maximum period of twelve (12) months, unless a professional relationship has been established. In that case, contact information is incorporated into the client file and kept according to OTSTCFQ obligations (minimum five years after the last service rendered).
Clinical information
No clinical information is processed via this site. Psychosocial follow-up takes place on a secure videoconference platform compliant with OTSTCFQ standards. The clinical file is kept separately, outside this site, in accordance with deontological requirements.
Hosting and technical processing
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. The contact form is processed through a third-party service (Formspree or equivalent) responsible for delivering your messages to the professional email address. Providers comply with their own privacy policies, in addition to this one.
Your rights
In accordance with Québec's Law 25, you have at all times the following rights:
Right to access your personal information. Right to rectification if information is inaccurate. Right to deletion of information no longer needed. Right to portability in certain cases. Right to withdraw consent.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. A response will be provided within a maximum of 30 days.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a serious risk, you will be informed in accordance with Law 25 obligations.
Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect technical or legislative changes. The update date appears at the top of the document.
